Presence works two ways. An RTSP camera recognizes staff approaching the entry point in real time and records their entry. At a kiosk, staff verify their face and choose Clock In or Clock Out on the screen to create their record.

Shifts, timesheets and reports
Shifts are set up in Presence. Entry and exit records taken from cameras and kiosks are processed against those shifts, and each person's timesheet and reports are built automatically.
Manual work in month-end timesheet calculations is reduced; records are tracked in one place and you can look back at who entered or left and when.
Before you use it: the legal framework
Face data is biometric and counts as special category personal data under KVKK in Türkiye. In Principle Decision 2026/921, the Personal Data Protection Board restricted the processing of biometric data for employee working-time tracking: relying on explicit consent alone is not considered sufficient, and less intrusive alternatives such as cards or PINs are recommended.
